No, there is currently no charge for customers to download and use the myfoodbuyer app.
Do I have to sign a contract? . . .
No, there is no contact to sign with myfoodbuyer in order to use the app. However, via the sign up process you will open an account with the relevant suppliers and be bound by their supplier terms and conditions.

You will establish payment and credit terms with each supplier once the account has been opened.

Myfoodbuyer does not offer credit directly. However, you will be able to establish payment and credit terms with each supplier once the account has been opened.
How do I amend an order I have already placed? . . .
If you wish to make any changes to an order that you have already placed then you will need to contact the relevant supplier directly.

Do I have to change suppliers if I order through the myfoodbuyer app? . . .
Myfoodbuyer works with a variety of suppliers in the UK. However if your current supplier is not working with us at the moment you will need to change supplier. However, the products will be the same, just cheaper! As myfoodbuyer grows additional suppliers will be added.
What can I do if one of my normal suppliers isn’t on the myfoodbuyer app? . . .
If you would like to request a supplier to be added to our current supplier list please email us on email@example.com. We will then try to work with the supplier to see if it is possible to add them to the myfoodbuyer.
Will I be able to order the same items I currently use via the myfoodbuyer app? . . .
The majority of items businesses order on a weekly basis should be available through myfoodbuyer. As myfoodbuyer grows there will be additional items and suppliers added to the app.
Will you be adding more products to the app? . . .
Yes, as myfoodbuyer grows additional products and suppliers will be added.
Will my ordering and delivery schedule change? . . .
The delivery schedule will be determined by the particular supplier and instructions customers place with the suppliers directly through the myfoodbuyer app.
Is there a charge for delivery? . . .
There is no charge for delivery, the prices you see on myfoodbuyer are inclusive of delivery.
